Yahvi is our flagship lakefront villa in Igatpuri, the lake in front and the Sahyadri hills rising behind. Interiors are warm and grounded in dark wood, natural stone and layered textiles. Outside there is a private pool, sun decks, a gazebo, a forest garden and a bonfire pit for long misty evenings. There are no televisions and no wifi here, just the lake, the hills and the people you came with. A private chef cooks fresh meals through the day.

Taalish

A still point in the forest.

Taalish is named after the silver-leafed taalish tree that shades the villa's main terrace. The property is set deep in a forest clearing, designed to disappear into the landscape. The pool is a narrow lap of water that mirrors the sky, and the interiors are spare and considered — nothing unnecessary, nothing missed.

Tatva — Sanskrit for 'element' — is built around the five classical elements: earth, water, fire, air and space. Each room reflects one; the experience is cohesive yet layered.
