What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Free cancellation up to 21 days before check in for a full refund. Cancellations between 21 and 7 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but can often be moved to alternative dates within the same calendar year.

Do you require a security deposit?

Yes, a refundable security deposit is collected at check in (₹15,000 to ₹50,000 depending on the villa) and returned within 48 hours of check out, less any incidentals.

What's included in my villa booking?

Every booking includes the entire villa (private and exclusive to your group), full housekeeping, a caretaker on call, all utilities and amenities, breakfast (at most properties), high speed WiFi, and complimentary tea/coffee. Specific inclusions vary by villa, see each villa page for details.

Standard check in is 2:00 PM and check out is 11:00 AM. Early check in and late check out can often be accommodated subject to availability, please ask at the time of booking.
