What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Free cancellation up to 21 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations between 21 and 7 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but can often be moved to alternative dates within the same calendar year.

Do you require a security deposit?

Yes, a refundable security deposit is collected at check-in (₹15,000–₹50,000 depending on the villa) and returned within 48 hours of check-out, less any incidentals.

What's included in my villa booking?

Every booking includes the entire villa (private and exclusive to your group), full housekeeping, a caretaker on call, all utilities and amenities, breakfast (at most properties), high-speed WiFi, and complimentary tea/coffee. Specific inclusions vary by villa — see each villa page for details.
