Tatva is a ten bedroom estate in the hills of Igatpuri, taken here as a whole, with two private pools and jacuzzis across four of its bathrooms. Two living rooms, balconies and a broad pool deck give large groups room to spread out, while the wooded setting keeps everything private. Available in full, or as Tatva A and Tatva B on their own.

A caretaker and cook are on site from 8 AM to 11 PM, with daily housekeeping. A villa manager and a driver are on call, and the team speaks English, Hindi and Marathi.
A refundable deposit of ₹5,000 is collected before check in and returned within 3 working days of check out, after any deductions.
The base rate covers 25 guests. Additional guests are ₹1,000 per person, per night, on extra mattresses, up to the villa's maximum of 40.

Tatva A & B comfortably hosts up to 40 guests across 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, in Igatpuri, Maharashtra. The entire private villa is yours, it is never shared with other groups.
